GoldNutrition Total Whey - 260g
Do you know the secret to the quality of our Total Whey?
Milk from cows fed on pasture from sustainable agriculture. Yes … for those who don’t know, the main ingredient of whey protein is derived from milk.
Whey (whey) is a by-product from cheese production that is subsequently filtered. Most of the fat and carbohydrates give rise to a product rich in proteins of high biological value, rapid absorption, and digestion containing only naturally present sugars. This is probably one of the most popular supplements among those looking to improve their performance in sports given its benefits in maintaining and gaining muscle mass but not only: it is also an excellent complement at the food level since it helps in the weight loss process, as protein contributes to feeling satiated, avoiding the intake of more caloric foods.
With a low-fat content and few carbohydrates, Total Whey contains a high content of concentrated proteins isolated from whey.
But we didn’t stop there. To complement the formula, we added a complex of digestive enzymes and a patented symbiotic – Lactowise® – with probiotic and prebiotic ingredients, which contributes to intestinal health.
Combining these two ingredients improves the absorption of nutrients and boosts the already-known benefits of whey protein, improving body composition.
And to finish, but not least, we close this unique formula with delicious flavors strictly selected that know what they promise and come in small formats (260g) so you can try them all.
If you are in doubt about which protein to choose, remember: the secret of a quality protein lies in the origin of its ingredients.
Ideal product for:
– Promote maximum muscle definition;
– Avoid the destruction of muscle tissue, which occurs after intense and consecutive training;
– Supplementing high-protein diets, in order to promote fat loss.
