The body has a tendency to achieve high levels of dehydration in long workouts, during prolonged effort, and significantly lowers blood sugars, which can result in a loss of strength, speed, and premature installation of fatigue. One of the fundamental elements in endurance sports is the replacement of carbohydrates, water, and minerals.

Gold Drink is an extremely tasty and moisturizing isotonic drink that combines 3 types of carbohydrates, thus preventing abdominal discomfort and still ensuring the supply of 217 mg (58% of VRN) of magnesium and other minerals that we lose abundantly through sweat, as is the case with sodium.

Product indicated for:
– Maximize performance;
– Prevent cramps;
– Prevent hyponatremia;
– Avoid hypoglycemia during intense physical exercise;

How to use?

During exercise, drink in small sips every 15 - 20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training consume 1 dose per hour, between the second and third hour of training consume 2 doses, after 3 hours of training consume 3 doses per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 shallow measure (40 g) for every 500 ml of water. Mix well. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
